…owner and the passionate chef behind Moreish!

I come from a combination of wonderful cultures and cuisines and you’ll see that in my menus and catering. I grew up in Mexico and now call the mighty village of Moy in Co. Tyrone home where I live with my three young children and very patient and loving husband.

I have always had a love affair with food; it takes me to different places, makes me feel loved, welcomed and happy. Passing those feelings on with my cooking is what I’m here to do and it is my favourite form of expression, so expect colours, textures and lots of flavour from my food! 

As a qualified and enthusiastic cook it is my hope that my food will make you feel nourished and spoilt, knowing that it has been thoughtfully planned and cooked just for you.
